 - Use narrative techniques, such as dialogue, pacing, description, and reflection, to develop experiences, events, and/or characters.

 - Produce clear and coherent writing in which the development, organization, and style are appropriate to task, purpose, and audience. (Grade-specific expectations for writing types are defined in standards 1-3 above.)


The final project is a creative narrative assessment that asks students to plan, develop, and construct their own narratives.

Be sure to reference the sources by title or number when using details or facts directly from the sources.


**You must use the MLA format if you type your essay and it must be printed. If you write it by hand, I have to be able to read it in order to grade it.
